Certified translation

We have the biggest team of certified translators in Poland. Besides offering translation of numerous languages, our advantages include location in central Kraków, low certified translation prices and short deadlines (including express jobs). We offer convenient translation delivery – by courier, city courier, post, and of course for collection in person at our office (on the corner of al. Krasińskiego and ul. Kościuszki).                         

Time

We offer translation of main languages (English, German, French, Russian) and usually have it ready on the next day. For bigger jobs (over five pages) or less common languages, we arrange the deadline with the client individually with consideration of the client’s expectations and our capacity.

How to order a certified translation

If you are a private client, you can come to our office in central Kraków at ul. Morawskiego 5, apt. 224, where you can learn the price of your translation, fill out the order form, and pay the advance.

If you do not live in Kraków, you can send a scan of the document and transfer the advance payment to our account. After you settle the full price, we can send the translation by certified letter to the address of your choice.

If you are a corporate client, contact our office – we will gladly give you a discount for certified translation of bigger or regular jobs and arrange the best way to deliver the documents.

What you should know before ordering a certified translation

Certified (sworn) translations hold rank of documents. A certified translator performs the translation based on the provided original or copy – the appropriate information is provided in the header.

If you require translation based on the original document, said document must be delivered to our office for the translator. A scan is only a copy of the document.

If you should find it inconvenient to deliver the original documents to our office, please ask the authority requiring the documents if it is permitted to provide certified translation of a copy – it usually is.
